Maxx HD® Warranties

Maxx HD® Sunglasses have a 30 day manufacturer’s warranty.

Maxx HD® Rough Rider® Sunglasses have a 5 year warranty against breakage of either the frames or the lenses. If your Rough Rider® frames or lenses break for any reason in the first 5 years, we’ll send you a new pair. CLICK HERE to register your Rough Rider® Sunglasses and activate your 5 Year Warranty.

To start the replacement process:

Download this form – print and fill out, or send us the following information, along with the defective glasses:

Where purchased?
When purchased?
Is there a different style you would like as a replacement?  Color?
Your mailing address
Your email address (a confirmation email will be sent to notify you when your replacement glasses are shipped)

Once we receive your replacement form and the defective product, we will replace the glasses with the same style, or similar style if yours is no longer available.  Please allow up to three weeks for the replacement process to be complete.

If you are outside the 30 day period (or 5 year period for Rough Rider®), please mail the defective product and the replacement form along with $9.95 (Maxx HD® and Gold Vision®), or $12.95 (Rough Rider®, Safety Series, Collegiate Licensed and MLB® Licensed) for shipping and handling.  

Note: Replacements will only be sent to US addresses. We do not ship to Foreign Addresses or Canada.

    All replacements will be sent US Postal. Please ensure the address provided is a proper mailing address.

    We do not refund shipping.

    Maxx HD Sunglasses does not replace scratched lenses, as they are a condition of normal wear and tear.

    This warranty statement supersedes and replaces any prior warranty statements.
