At Maxx, we provide you with eyewear that conforms to the highest standards. Great eyewear doesn’t have to be expensive – pay for the quality, not the label!

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please contact us to arrange an exchange or refund within 30 days of purchase. Yes, we make gift exchanges too!

Return Expectations:

  • Contact our customer service team, they are eagerly looking forward to assisting you, by phone (1-800-525-5097 EXT 6) or email (help@maxxsunglasses.com) to begin. If a product is damaged, then they will need an image of the product.
  • Once the return is accepted either a refund will be issued, or a replacement product will be promptly shipped out to you. Shipping fees are non-refundable on exchanges.

Please note, sale items and BOGO (Buy One, Get One Free) items may not be returned or refunded for a value more than the original price paid.
